Ingredients:sugar, water, chilli, garlic, vinegar, salt, lemon myrtle, vegetable gum. 250ml
Serving Suggestion: Lemon Myrtle Prawn Pasta Salad.
Cook 375gm large pasta shells until al dente. Drain, rinse and toss in 1 tbspn Rainforest Macadamia Nut Oil.
Combine 300gm whole egg mayonnaise, 120gm sour cream, 70gm Pepperleaf & Honey Mustard, 70gm Lemon Myrtle Chilli Sauce. Stir in 4 thinly sliced shallots, 200gm halved grape tomatoes, 1 finely sliced Lebanese cucumber, 2 finely sliced celery stalks, 500gm cooked prawns (shelled, deveined,sliced lengthways) and pasta.
Top with freshly ground Pepperberry.
